New York - John F. Kennedy, NY Airport Parking

We were very pleased with all aspects of the parking. Especially our driver that picked us up from the airport!!! Wonderful man. Our car was running for us when we got back to the lot. We have a two week trip planned in a couple of months and we of course are going to us them again

Would definitely use them again. The parking lot is safe, cost effective and great customer service. Pick up and drop of wait ranged from 5-15 minutes. Very smooth operation.

This is the only place I park. I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes to get picked up. They even didn’t charge me for an extra day when my flight was delayed and arrived 5 hours late. I only park with ARB, whether it’s at JFK or Newark. I thank ARB for making my travels easy and affordable.

My car was waiting for me warming up with the motor running. Excellent service!

We had to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle after landing in JFK and calling for a ride

This is the second time I’ve used the business and enjoy ease of use. The lot is accessible, organized. The shuttle is easy to use and easy to access when you arrive at airport for pickup. And your car ready to go when you arrive at the lot. They’re great!

I am very happy to have found this place to park when I use JFK airport. I have parked all different times of the day and night . The service has always been excellent. Wait times not more than 10 minutes or so and sometimes even less. The drivers always identify themselves when picking you up at the terminal and will either call you or give your phone # so you are sure you are with the right pick up. When I used it last I was returning from Costa Rica where the weather was warm and not cold and windy as in NY. My car was waiting for me started up with the heat on!!!! what a delight!
